Fox Valley Chapter 2014 Events
We produce two formal meetings each year -- please mark your calendars for April 27th and October 26th, and we have informal monthly
meetings hosted by our Chapter President, Mike Campagnolo, on the third Saturday of every month.
The monthly meetings are held in a comfortable atmosphere where members can sit down and have a nice conversation with Mike. One venue is
in the back area of a nice restaurant, The Fox,
located on Ogden Avenue, and Main Street in Lisle. Mike has reserved the time from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm.
Mike will be announcing other venues in different parts of the Fox Valley chapter's area.
In 2014, the third Saturdays in each month are February 15 (Fox Restaurant), March 15 (Fox Restaurant), April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19,
August 16, September 20, October 18, and November 15. This is a good opportunity to meet Mike and ask questions
about Fox Valley chapter or SAR activities.
Another informal meeting is held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Cantigny in Winfield, IL. This is during the fantastic Revolutionary War Days -- from 10:00am to 4:00pm -- where reenactors in American and British uniforms camp and stage a Revoutionary War battle. This is an activity for the whole family and is not to be missed.
